Cranberry apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• cream cheese - 3 oz
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c
• brown sugar
• butter - 1 Tbsp
• nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
• oil - 1/2 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• flour, sifted - 2 c
• allspice - 1/2 tsp
• orange juice - 2 Tbsp
• plus 1 1/2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
• apples, peeled and chopped - 2 c
• confectioners 10x sugar
• whole fresh cranberries - 2 c

How to make cranberry apple cake:

Peel apples; chop and set aside. Blend together sugar, oil, orange juice, eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and allspice. Add to the creamed mixture. Add apples, nuts and cranberries and mix well; do not beat, just stir. Put in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350°. Let cool. Frost with:
