  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Italian salad dressing - 1 c
  • salad dressing or mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • herb stuffing - 3/4 c
  • large, fresh mushrooms - 24 item
  • each cans crabmeat - 2 oz
  • eggs, beaten optional - 3 item
  • minced onion or fresh - 1/4 c

How to make crab stuffed mushrooms:

Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove stems and use in another dish. Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator, then drain well. Combine other ingredients and spoon into caps; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.
