Crab stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Italian salad dressing - 1 c
- salad dressing or mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- herb stuffing - 3/4 c
- large, fresh mushrooms - 24 item
- each cans crabmeat - 2 oz
- eggs, beaten optional - 3 item
- minced onion or fresh - 1/4 c
How to make crab stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels. Remove stems and use in another dish. Marinate mushrooms in Italian dressing for 2 hours in refrigerator, then drain well. Combine other ingredients and spoon into caps; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Crab.
