Crab stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- onion salt - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- mushrooms - 3 doz
- parsley, snipped - 1 Tbsp
- pimento, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- can crab - 1 1/2
How to make crab stuffed mushrooms:
Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems. Combine drained and flaked crab, parsley and pimento. Blend together mustard, onion salt and mayonnaise. Toss mixtures together. Fill each crown with 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes, until hot.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Crab.
