Ingredients/Components

  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • onion salt - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • mushrooms - 3 doz
  • parsley, snipped - 1 Tbsp
  • pimento, chopped - 1 Tbsp
  • can crab - 1 1/2

How to make crab stuffed mushrooms:

Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems. Combine drained and flaked crab, parsley and pimento. Blend together mustard, onion salt and mayonnaise. Toss mixtures together. Fill each crown with 2 tablespoons of the crab mixture. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes, until hot.
