Crab-stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- green onions - 2 item
- dill weed - 1/2 tsp
- Jack cheese, shredded - 1 c
- crab meat - 1 c
- butter/margarine - 5 Tbsp
- soft bread crumbs 1 slice - 1/2 c
- Parmesan, grated - 1 c
How to make crab-stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems. Chop. Melt 2 tablespoons butter and add stems and chopped onions. Saute until limp. Remove from heat and stir in all ingredients except soy sauce. Melt 3 tablespoons butter and add soy sauce. Pour into pan to coat. Mound filling into caps firmly. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Crab.
