Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 3 Tbsp
- envelope unflavored gelatin - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- finely chopped celery - 1 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- can crab meat, drained and flaked
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
How to make crab pate:
Heat soup in medium pan over low heat. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; let sit for 5 minutes. Add soup and stir well. Add the rest of ingredients and stir well. Spoon into mold (4 cup) and chill until firm. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Crab, Salmon.
