Crab mousse
Ingredients/Components
- boiling water - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- crab meat - 1/2 lb
- Knox gelatine - 1 pkg
How to make crab mousse:
Heat soup to boiling. Dissolve gelatine in boiling water and add to soup. Cool. Blend or beat with mixer mayonnaise into cream cheese. Add to cool tomato mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled (spray Pam) 6 cup mold. Chill overnight.Serve with a tray of assorted crackers or raw vegetables.
