Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- crab - 7 oz
- envelope Knox gelatine - 1 item
- large Philadelphia cream cheese - 1 item
- green onions, chopped fine - 6 item
How to make crab mold:
Mix cheese, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Add the rest. In a saucepan, put the cream soup and Knox gelatine and add 3 tablespoons water. Mix together on low heat until gelatine dissolves. Let cool. Mix in all other ingredients. Pour into mold. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers on a platter.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Crab, Spreads.
