  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • freshly ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • ears fresh corn in husks - 12 item

How to make corn on the grill:

Pull back husks from corn (do not remove). Remove silks. Rub corn with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull husk over corn and tie top with heavy string. Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove strings and serve immediately. Yield: 12 servings.
