Corn on the grill
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- freshly ground pepper - 1/2 tsp
- ears fresh corn in husks - 12 item
How to make corn on the grill:
Pull back husks from corn (do not remove). Remove silks. Rub corn with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pull husk over corn and tie top with heavy string. Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°) 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove strings and serve immediately.
