Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, separated - 2 item
- all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 oz
How to make corn fritters:
Combine corn, salt, pepper, flour and egg yolks. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into corn mixture. Drop mixture by tablespoons into hot oil. Cook until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Corn.
