Corn chowder
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 4 item
- cream-style corn - 2 c
How to make corn chowder:
In medium saucepan, add water, potatoes and onion. Cook over medium heat until potatoes are tender. Add corn, milk and butter. Heat until hot. Serve. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Corn, Soups & stews, Chowders.
