Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 7 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- meal
How to make corn bread:
Mix together all the ingredients. Place in large saucepan and cook on top of stove, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and is very thick. Pour into glass baking dish and brown in oven at 450° until knife comes out clean.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Southern u.s..
