Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 3/4 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- can tomato juice
- carrots, sliced - 2 lb
- large green pepper, diced - 1 item
How to make copper penny salad:
Cook carrots until firm and tender. Drain; add chopped onions and green pepper. Mix other ingredients together. Toss with vegetables. Chill.Recipe categories: Holiday, Salads, Side dish.
