Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- carrots, cooked and sliced - 5 c
- condensed tomato soup
How to make copper pennies:
Mix first three ingredients. Blend all other ingredients into a sauce. Pour sauce over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
