Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1/4 tsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- small green pepper - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Slice carrots and cook. Chop onion and pepper. Layer with carrots. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over layered vegetables. Bake at 375° until bubbly, about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
