Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/8 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onions, sliced - 2 item
- small green pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cook carrots until tender. Mix carrots, onions and green pepper. Pour dressing over carrots and let stand in covered bowl for 2 or 3 days.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
