Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • oil - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • shredded cabbage - 5 c
  • black pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make stir-fried cabbage:

Measure oil into wok (or large skillet). Add cabbage, turn heat to moderate and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Cook, stirring constantly until cabbage is tender but crisp, about 3 to 4 minutes. Serves 4.
