  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pure vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • to 15 Oreo type cookies, crumbled - 10 item

How to make cookies 'n cream ice cream:

Mix half and half with eggs and scald. When cool, add sugar, salt and vanilla. Stir in cookies after ice cream is frozen.
