Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- box light brown sugar - 1 item
- 1/4 sticks margarine - 1 item
How to make congo bars:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt margarine and stir in brown sugar and cream together. Beat eggs and add to sugar mixture. Add flavoring and flour. Mix well. Add nuts and chocolate morsels. Press into greased 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until brown.
