Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • hot water - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • balsamic vinegar - 1/4 tsp
  • large curd cottage cheese - 1 c

How to make congealed spinach salad:

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until slightly congealed. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan or greased mold. Chill until set. Serves 4 to 6.
