Congealed spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- hot water - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- balsamic vinegar - 1/4 tsp
- large curd cottage cheese - 1 c
How to make congealed spinach salad:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until slightly congealed. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan or greased mold. Chill until set. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Salads, Spinach, Greens.
