Confetti macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs, diced - 2 item
- box elbow macaroni - 1 oz
- sliced scallions - 1/4 c
- Tabasco pepper sauce - 1/4 1/2
How to make confetti macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool. In large bowl, mix macaroni with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
