  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, diced - 2 item
  • box elbow macaroni - 1 oz
  • sliced scallions - 1/4 c
  • Tabasco pepper sauce - 1/4 1/2

How to make confetti macaroni salad:

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool. In large bowl, mix macaroni with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
