Ingredients/Components
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 Tbsp
- peanut oil - 3/4 c
- apple cider vinegar - 1/2 c
- onion - 1 item
- cabbage - 2 lb
- sugar to taste - 1 item
How to make coleslaw:
Shred cabbage and set aside. Chop onion small; add to cabbage. Combine remaining ingredients in pan and cook over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook sauce until thick. Mix with cabbage and onion. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Time to make, < 30 mins, Salads.
