  • sugar 4 c - 16 c
  • vinegar 1 qt - 1 gal
  • salt 1/4 c - 1 c
  • oil 3 c - 3 qt
  • pepper 4 tsp - 6 Tbsp

How to make cole slaw dressing:

Combine all ingredients. Shake well before pouring over dry slaw mix. Makes 2 gallons (enough for 400 servings).
