Cole slaw dressing

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 tsp
• flour - 1 tsp
• water - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 1/2 c
• salt to taste - 1 item

How to make cole slaw dressing:

Mix egg, vinegar, sugar, flour and water and cook until mixture thickens. Cool before pouring over grated cabbage to which has been added 1 small onion.
