- sugar
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 3 c
- shortening - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
- eggs, at room temperature - 6 item
How to make cold oven pound cake:
Cream together sugar, margarine and shortening. Beat in 6 eggs. Add flour, milk, vanilla and lemon juice; beat thoroughly. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
