Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- Sugar Twin - 1/2 c
- brown sugar *
- Jiffy or Bisquick - 4 c
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1 1/2 c. brown sugar *2 Tbsp. cinnamon Spray two 9 x 9-inch pans with pan spray. Mix all ingredients except topping. Divide batter between two pans evenly. Mix topping. Sprinkle topping over batter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.*Use brown Sugar Twin for diabetics and restricted calorie diets. Sprinkle 2/3 of one pan with regular topping and the other 1/3 with diet topping. The batter is okay for diets when made with half Sugar Twin and half sugar.
