  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • baking powder - 4 tsp
  • nuts, chopped fine - 1 item
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
  • sticks margarine or butter - 2 item

How to make coffee cake:

Cream the margarine or butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients with the evaporated milk and vanilla.Filling:5 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour nuts, chopped fine Grease and flour generously an angel food tube pan. Add 1/2 batter and add filling, then the rest of the batter. Bake at 335° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
