Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 4 tsp
- nuts, chopped fine - 1 item
- large can evaporated milk - 1 item
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each
- sticks margarine or butter - 2 item
How to make coffee cake:
Cream the margarine or butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking powder. Add dry ingredients with the evaporated milk and vanilla.Filling:5 Tbsp. sugar2 tsp. cinnamon2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. flour nuts, chopped fine Grease and flour generously an angel food tube pan.
