Coconut toast
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- slices bread - 12 item
How to make coconut toast:
Melt margarine and spread on both sides of bread. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Beat together egg and sugar, spread on bread slices. Sprinkle with coconut. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.Recipe categories: Fruit, Breakfast, Coconut.
