How to make coconut sour cream cake:

Topping:8 oz. cream cheese1 lb. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla Mix cake with other ingredients. Bake in sheet pan at 350°. Blend icing ingredients and cover cooled cake.
