  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c
  • allspice
  • apples, chopped - 4 c

How to make fresh apple cake:

Pour oil and sugar over apples and let soak for 1 hour. Beat eggs slightly; add to apple mixture, then add remaining ingredients. Bake in greased and floured tube pan for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.

Note: May grate apples instead of chopping.
