- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 1 c
- coconut - 14 oz
- box white or yellow cake mix - 1 item
- marshmallow cream - 1 pt
- Cool Whip to cover cake - 1 item
How to make coconut sheet cake:
Prepare cake according to instructions on box. Take lid off marshmallow cream. Heat for 20 seconds in microwave oven. Punch holes in baked sheet cake with wooden spoon handle. Heat milk, sugar, coconut and marshmallow cream to boiling point. Pour over hot cake. When cake cools, top with Cool Whip. Keep in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
