- sticks butter - 2 item
- Crisco - 2/3 c
- sugar - 3 c
- flour - 3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- whole milk - 1 c
- eggs - 5 item
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- coconut flavoring - 1 tsp
- can Angel Flake coconut - 1 item
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs one at a time. Add flour, baking powder and salt, alternating with milk. Add flavorings and coconut. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan.
