- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- coconut flavoring - 2 Tbsp
- Snowdrift - 3/4 c
How to make coconut pound cake:
Cream butter, Snowdrift and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour and milk alternately. Add coconut and flavoring. Bake in tube pan for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
