- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- coconut - 1 c
- stick butter - 1 item
- flavoring - 1 item
How to make coconut pie:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in pan. Add milk, butter, egg yolks and flavoring. Cook until thick. Add coconut and pour into cooked pie shell crust. Add egg whites, stiffly beaten.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
