Coconut custard pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• milk - 1/2 c
• coconut
• oleo - 1/4 c

How to make coconut custard pie:

Pour milk over coconut and set aside. Cream oleo and sugar and add eggs and beat well. Add milk and coconut and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until set.
