- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- coconut
- oleo - 1/4 c
How to make coconut custard pie:
Pour milk over coconut and set aside. Cream oleo and sugar and add eggs and beat well. Add milk and coconut and vanilla. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or until set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
