  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • raisins - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • grated, unsweetened coconut

How to make coconut candy:

Mix peanut butter, raisins, honey and vanilla. Spread coconut on flat pan. Drop spoonfuls of mixture on coconut and roll. Chill.
