  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2/3 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • pumpkin
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • white sugar - 2 Tbsp

How to make best pumpkin pie:

Beat all ingredients together. Bake until a knife inserted 1 inch from side comes out clean. The center may still look soft but will set later. Bake at 425° for 45 to 55 minutes in a 9 inch pie shell.
