  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • water
  • coconut - 2 c
  • oil - 1/4 c
  • powdered sugar
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
  • Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done
  • nuts walnuts, chopped - 1 c

How to make coconut cake:

Mix together. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.Frosting:1 Tbsp. butter or margarine2 c. coconut8 oz. cream cheese3 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Brown coconut lightly in 2 tablespoons of butter and let cool. Mix 2 tablespoons of milk with cream cheese to soften and mix all together, except 1/2 cup coconut (sprinkle on top of cake).
