Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- water
- coconut - 2 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done
- nuts walnuts, chopped - 1 c
How to make coconut cake:
Mix together. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until done.Frosting:1 Tbsp. butter or margarine2 c. coconut8 oz. cream cheese3 1/2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Brown coconut lightly in 2 tablespoons of butter and let cool. Mix 2 tablespoons of milk with cream cheese to soften and mix all together, except 1/2 cup coconut (sprinkle on top of cake).Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
