Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- unsweetened cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- egg whites at room temperature - 3 item
How to make cocoa kisses:
Preheat oven to 275°. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar and beat until soft peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar, a few tablespoons at a time. Beat until stiff. Fold in cocoa. Spray a baking sheet with a nonstick vegetable spray. Drop batter by level teaspoon onto baking sheet. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool before removing from baking sheet. Store in tight container.
