Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley - 1 Tbsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- jar grape jelly - 1 oz
- spicy barbecue sauce - 1 c
- chopped meat - 1 lb
- Cook in 1/4 cup shortening until brown
How to make cocktail meatballs:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly; shape into 1-inch meatballs. Cook in 1/4 cup shortening until brown. Remove; drain pan.Sauce:1 (12 oz.) bottle ketchup1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly1 c. spicy barbecue sauce Combine sauce ingredients. Heat in skillet until jelly is melted. Add meatballs; stir.
