  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • shortening
  • powdered sugar - 4 c
  • miniature marshmallows
  • soft margarine - 1 c
  • Coke - 1 c

How to make coca-cola chocolate cake:

Icing:1/2 c. shortening1/3 c. Coke3 Tbsp. cocoa4 c. powdered sugar Combine all ingredients except Coke and marshmallows. Blend in a large mixing bowl at low speed of mixer, then beat at medium speed for 1 minute. Add Coke; blend well. Stir in marshmallows. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°. Ice cake in pan after cake cools.
