Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- bananas - 5 item
- small bottle maraschino cherries - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Melt 1 stick butter; press crumbs and butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan or loaf pan to form crust. Mix together eggs, 1 stick butter and powdered sugar; beat 10 minutes. Spread over crumbs. Cover with pineapple, then sliced bananas and then Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
