  • sugar - 1-3/4 c
  • vanilla extract - 2 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • Coca-Cola - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • miniature marshmallows - 1-1/2 c
  • 16 oz - 1 pkg
  • large eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • Set aside
  • chopped pecans, optional - 3/4 c
  • butter, softened 2 sticks - 1 c
  • all-purpose flour an additional 1/4 extra cup for high altitude - 2 c

How to make coca-cola cake:

Combine Coca-Cola and buttermilk. Set aside. Beat butter at low speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar and beat until blended. Add egg and vanilla. Beat at low speed until blended. Combine flour, cocoa and soda. Add to butter mixtu
