sugar
cream cheese - 3 oz
eggs - 4 item
pkg - 1 oz
vanilla extract - 2 tsp
cocoa - 1/4 c
Coca-Cola - 1 c
buttermilk - 1/2 c
baking soda - 1 tsp
all-purpose flour - 2 c
self-rising flour - 2 Tbsp
butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
box confectioners sugar - 1 item
miniature marshmallows
Crisco oil - 1 c
large Cool Whip - 1 item
large eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
strawberry cake mix - 1 pkg
sliced strawberries and juice - 1 c
Beat well at medium speed
strained strawberries - 1 c
Coca-Cola Frosting - 1 item
chopped pecans garnish - 3/4 c

How to make strawberry cake:

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat well at medium speed. Divide into 4 layers. Bake at 325° for 20 to 30 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine1 large Cool Whip1 c. strained strawberries3 oz. cream cheese1 box confectioners sugar1 c. Coca-Cola1/2 c. buttermilk1 c. butter or margarine, softened1 3/4 c. sugar2 large eggs, lightly beaten2 tsp. vanilla extract2 c. all-purpose flour1/4 c. cocoa1 tsp. baking soda1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows Coca-Cola Frosting3/4 c. chopped pecans (garnish) Combine Coca-Cola and buttermilk and set aside. Beat butter at low speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add sugar; beat until blended. Add egg and vanilla. Beat at low speed until blended. Combine flour, cocoa and soda. Add to butter mixture alternately with cola mixture. Beat at low speed just until blended. Stir in marshmallows. Pour batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven; cool 10 minutes. Pour Coca-Cola Frosting over warm cake. Garnish, if desired.
