  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • onion, minced - 1 tsp
  • can minced clams, drained reserve 2 Tbsp
  • drops Tobasco sauce - 3 item

How to make clam dip:

Soften cheese and blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill and serve with crackers or chips.
