  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 5 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • sticks oleo - 2 item
  • lemon extract - 1 tsp
  • bottle 7-Up - 7 oz

How to make citrus soda cake:

Cream together sugar, oleo and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Add flour and salt alternately with 7-Up. Beat well. Add flavoring. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
