Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1/2 c
- instant vanilla pudding - 1 pkg
- oil or melted butter - 1/2 c
- Grease and flour Bundt pan
- box butter batter yellow cake mix - 1 item
- rum and enough water to make 1 c - 2 Tbsp
- rum and enough water to make 1/2 c - 2 Tbsp
How to make rum cake:
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease and flour Bundt pan. Mix well 4 minutes. Pour into pan and bake 1 hour. Take out of oven, pour glaze over cake and let set in pan 30 minutes before turning out.*Captain Morgan spiced rum.Glaze:1 c. sugar2 Tbsp. rum and enough water to make 1/2 c.1/2 c. butter Boil 3 minutes. Spread on cake.
