  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • flaked coconut
  • colored miniature marshmallows

How to make church window cookies:

Melt margarine and chocolate chips. Let cool. Add pecans and marshmallows. Mix well. Make 4 logs. Roll in coconut. Wrap in foil and freeze. Slice straight from the freezer. Each log makes 25 cookies.
