Chopped apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
• or 4 apples, peeled and sliced - 3 item

How to make chopped apple cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Batter will be very thick. When adding flour, add 1 cup at a time. Bake in angel food cake pan at 350° for 50 minutes.
