Zucchini bread

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 3 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 3 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• oil - 1 c
• baking powder
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• ground zucchini - 2 c
• nuts or raisins or chocolate chips - 1 c

How to make zucchini bread:

Beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla together. Add remaining ingredients. Mix together. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
