- cold milk - 2 c
- semi-sweet chocolate, melted - 4 sq
- Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed - 18 oz
- fresh raspberries for garnish - 1 item
How to make chocolate velvet pie:
In medium bowl, combine pudding and milk; beat with electric mixer until well blended, about 3 minutes. Gradually blend in chocolate until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Turn into crust and freeze until firm, about 4 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping and raspberries, if desired. Prep time: 15 minutes.An ideal dessert that is quick and easy to fix for a hot summer day. Your family will enjoy it.
